The Customer Account Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end management of a key customer account, ensuring all orders are processed, produced, and delivered accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for an engineering client, building strong relationships and understanding requirements Process customer orders accurately, checking specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements. Ensure smooth transition of projects into production Liaise with production and monitor order progress and proactively resolve delays or issues Ensure products are correctly labelled and all documentation (e.g. packing lists and delivery notes) is accurate Coordinate dispatch and delivery timelines to ensure on-time fulfilment Support the accurate and timely invoicing and financial completion of orders Key Skills & Experience Experience in a customer-focused role, 3+ Years Strong administrative skills and order processing High attention to detail, particularly in order accuracy and documentation Ability to work effectively with multiple internal departments Working pattern - Monday to Friday 30 - 40 hours per week.
