Customer Service Specialist - Bristol onsite. Location: Spectrum House, Central Bristol. This is an onsite role with no work-from-home option.

* Start Date: 8 September 2025
* Salary: £12.60 per hour
* Shifts: 37.5 hours per week (8:00–22:00 Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 Saturday and Sunday)
* Training Duration: 2 weeks
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact to assist customers with online subscription enquiries and account management.
* Provide information and support to a global customer base through inbound calling, webchat, and emails to create a unique customer experience.
* Handle customer queries via phone, live chat, and email with personality, listening, and asking the right questions to find the best solutions.
* Troubleshoot and problem-solve subscriptions, payments, and online accounts; work with the customer to agree on suitable resolutions.
* Engage in a fast-paced, targeted environment and strive to maximize opportunities.
* Take breaks as scheduled (lunch 30 minutes and two 15-minute breaks).
