Key Responsibilities
Prepare components for spraying, including masking, sanding, and surface preparation.
Apply paint manually using spray guns to metal and plastic parts, ensuring a consistent, high-quality finish.
Conduct quality checks to maintain standards across all products.
Maintain spray equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
Adhere to health & safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in manual paint spraying (essential).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working night shifts.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
