Engage with service users in a way that helps them achieve their personal goals, ensuring they feel empowered and supported at all times. What We're Looking For: You're passionate about making a difference in people's lives and have over a year of experience working in care. You have a genuine interest in working with individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. You're dedicated, caring, and proactive, with a natural ability to help others grow and thrive. Package & Benefits: Competitive salary package up to £31,000 (inclusive of sleeps). Full-time, 40 hours per week with alternate weekends and 3 sleeps per week.
