The Role • Retail store daily operations and workshops. • Contribute to enhancing customer experience, including in-store service and developing online consumer engagement. • Visual merchandising and product presentation, ensuring the store and online platforms are visually appealing. • Create digital content for social media platforms and our online store. • Assist and plan digital and magazine marketing campaigns to drive sales and engagement. • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and implement initiatives. • Assist in the running of craft and upcycling workshops both instore and offsite • Help run occasional popups and craft fairs • This role will involve some Saturday working • Processing, packing and dispatch of online orders Preferred Candidate Background: • Interest in furniture upcycling, interiors, colour trends & craft. • Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook and TikTok – creating stories, reels, videos and posts. • Competent with Excel, Word email etc • Photoshop, canva or other editing tools • Experience in retail operations or e-commerce is a plus. • Highly organised with great attention to visual detail. • Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team or on their own initiative. • Excellent communication skills, friendly and approachable • Knowledge of Wordpress, Woocommerce and SEO
