Hiring: Head of Sales (Player-Coach) | Agentic Commerce | London | £260K OTE
We’re working with a high-growth Agentic Commerce business that’s redefining how Retail & CPG brands operate and scale.
They’re now looking for a Head of Sales — not a spreadsheet manager, but a true player-coach. Someone who can close, lead, and build.
The setup:
* Team of 5 today → scaling to 10+
* Reporting into VP Sales EMEA
* Enterprise SaaS sales into Retail & CPG
* £260K OTE (60:40)
* Onsite in a vibrant Central London office
