Daily Duties
6. Assist in preparing architectural drawings and visualisations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop
7. Produce planning applications, building regulation documentation, and detailed working drawings
8. Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained
9. Conduct site visits and surveys, supporting quality assurance during construction
10. Contribute to material specifications, structural details, and compliance with UK building regulations
11. Support senior staff with project coordination, scheduling, and documentation
12. Stay informed of legislation, sustainability standards, and emerging design technologies
Ideal Candidate
13. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant design software
14. Strong technical understanding of UK planning and building regulations
15. Excellent design, communication, and presentation skills
16. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
17. Motivated to develop professionally and work toward ARB qualification
18. Passionate about design quality, sustainability, and delivering projects that make a real impact
