Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionaryServiceNow Architectwith deep expertise inSource-to-Pay (S2P)andSales & Order Management (SOM)modules. The ideal candidate will lead the architectural design and strategic implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform, enabling streamlined procurement, supplier lifecycle, and order management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and own the end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow solutions across S2P (SLP, SPO, APO) and SOM (Product Catalog, CPQ, Order Management) modules.
* Lead technical design sessions, establish architectural standards, and ensure alignment with enterprise IT strategy.
* Guide development teams in building robust workflows, integrations, and custom applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
* Architect integrations with ERP, CRM, and third-party systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Salesforce) ensuring data consistency and performance.
* Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices in architecture, security, performance, and maintainability.
* Provide technical leadership in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and solution reviews.
* Mentor developers and contribute to capability building within the ServiceNow practice.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience architecting solutions in S2P and SOM modules.
* Strong command of JavaScript, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, and UI Actions.
* Expertise in Integration Hub, MID Servers, and external system integrations.
* Deep understanding of ITSM, CSM, Procurement, and Finance domain processes.
* Certifications Required:
o ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
o ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
o ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent experience
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Performance Analytics, NowAssist, Virtual Agent, or Mobile App Development.
* Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
* Knowledge of enterprise procurement and sales lifecycle processes.
* Experience in leading ServiceNow implementations in large-scale enterprise environments.
