The Role As a Senior Support Worker, you will: Support the day-to-day running of a solo children’s home Lead shifts and provide guidance to junior staff Build positive, trusting relationships with young people Promote independence, resilience, and positive outcomes Ensure safeguarding and care standards are consistently met Work closely with external professionals and families ? Requirements Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Residential Support Worker NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (or working towards) Strong understanding of safeguarding and children’s residential care Ability to lead shifts and support a team Passionate, resilient, and committed to making a difference ?
