Job title: Project Manager / Contract Administrator (CA/EA) Pay: £70,000 - £85,000 Location: London-based projects, with occasional travel required O'Neill and Brennan are currently recruiting for a leading consultancy who are seeking an experienced Project Manager and Contract Administrator/Employers Agent (CA/EA) to join their central south major works team. This is a full-time position ideally suited to a candidate with a minimum of five years' practical experience in a similar role, particularly within façade remedial works or complex refurbishment projects. As Project Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of projects typically ranging from £1m to £20m, primarily let under JCT Design & Build contracts. You’ll play a key role in managing delivery across all project stages, from technical design and procurement through to completion and client handover. The successful candidate will be technically strong, client-focused, and capable of managing multiple projects at varying stages while contributing to the growth and management of client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Act as Project Manager and/or Employers Agent on major façade and remedial works projects. Manage procurement processes and contract administration duties under JCT D&B contracts. Prepare and report against project programmes. Lead client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Produce technical documentation and oversee technical design reviews. Administer change control and manage risk and compliance procedures. Support business development through client relationship building and proposal input. Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 Regulations and relevant health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have: At least 5 years of experience in a similar project management or CA/EA role. Strong understanding of building construction techniques and building pathology. Demonstrated experience in contract administration under JCT forms of contract. Sound knowledge of warranties, bonds, and construction insurances. Familiarity with Building Regulations, planning application processes, and CDM2015. Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills. High level of commercial awareness and ability to manage change and risk.
