This is a full time permanent office based role with some hybrid working however the majority of your time will be spent working from our head office in Widnes. Your contribution will directly support our governance, strategic priorities, and the smooth running of our Executive function. In this varied and high-profile role, you will: Executive & Governance Support Provide comprehensive PA support to Chief Officers, including diary and inbox management, prioritising commitments, and preparing detailed meeting packs. Research, track, and follow up on actions, issues, and confidential matters requiring Executive attention. Provide secretariat support for Executive and Trustee Board meetings and subcommittees, including minute-taking and paper coordination. Collate, digest, and summarise information to support monthly and quarterly board reporting. Operations & Coordination Plan and manage complex, fast-paced diaries for multiple senior leaders, anticipating needs and resolving scheduling challenges. Arrange travel and accommodation for the Chief Officers and Executive Team. Partner with Communications & Marketing colleagues to ensure key event commitments are prioritised and supported. Support the coordination and logistics of internal and external events. Finance & Administration Process expenses, purchase orders, and goods receipts, and oversee aspects of the Executive Team budget. Manage Chief Officers expenses and ensure financial records and authorisations are kept accurate and compliant. Maintain up-to-date annual leave records for Executive Team members. Team & Stakeholder Engagement Build strong working relationships across departments and with external partners. Respond professionally to telephone and email enquiries, representing the organisation with warmth and credibility. Strong background in diary, travel, and complex schedule management. Experience with governance, board support, and confidential information handling. Skilled in cross-functional coordination, event logistics, and stakeholder engagement. Financial administration experience (expenses, budgets, procurement systems such as Agresso). High digital literacy: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, PowerBI, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Proven success in fast-paced and agile working environments. Key Skills & Competencies Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised. Proactive problem-solver with excellent prioritisation skills. Strong written and verbal communication. Relationship builder who can influence and collaborate at senior levels. Comfortable managing ambiguity and adapting quickly to change. Effective project manager, able to juggle multiple priorities. Friendly, warm, and positive approach to team and stakeholder interactions. Desirable Relevant postgraduate qualifications (e.g., Business Administration).
