We are looking for experienced Travel Consultants to join our successful team in our exciting brand new branch in Cullercoats. This role involves selling package holidays, cruises, tailor‑made luxury long haul trips, ski holidays, UK breaks and more. The branch operates Monday to Saturday, with some Sunday work during peak booking periods.
What will be your key responsibilities?
* Build and maintain relationships with customers
* Identify and meet customers’ needs
* Use social media to promote offers, generate customer engagement and create sales leads
* Participate in promotional events and activities to increase exposure of the branch
* Achieve individual and team sales targets
* Assist with the day‑to‑day operation of the branch
* Participate in and deliver appropriate training for own development
* Effectively perform administrative duties and follow processes accurately
What experience we are looking for?
* At least 1 year experience as a Travel Consultant
* A proven sales record
* Passionate about travel and tourism
* Excellent travel product knowledge with a good working knowledge of tour operator systems
* Good sales and presentation skills
* Customer focused
* Problem solving
* Team player
* Good organisational and time‑management skills
* Excellent communication skills
