Job Description Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management for informed decision-making. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes to align with the company's objectives. Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with various departments to enhance financial efficiency and cost control. Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end financial processes. Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team during the interim period. Assist with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors as required. The Successful Applicant A successful Interim Finance Manager should have: A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or QBE Proven experience in managing financial operations Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. A track record of successfully managing teams and collaborating across departments.
