Credit Controller Head Office – Leicester Full-time, Permanent Join our friendly and supportive finance team at Max Energy as a Credit Controller based at our Head Office in Leicester. You will play a key role in managing our customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and supporting healthy cash flow across the business. Key responsibilities * Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring payments are received on time. * Proactively chase overdue debt by phone and email, maintaining professional customer relationships. * Resolve queries and discrepancies, working closely with internal teams to prevent delays in payment. * Allocate and reconcile payments accurately against customer accounts. * Produce aged debtor reports and highlight any areas of risk to the Finance Manager. * Support with Sales Ledger processing About you: * Previous experience in a credit control or similar finance role. * High attention to detail and good organisational skills. * Positive, reliable, team-focused attitude with a willingness to get involved and support colleagues.
