What you’ll need to be a great Food & Beverage Assistant:
* To be professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to delivering first class experiences to guests; high standards will be second nature to you.
* Comfortable working within a volume-led environment, as well as more intimate fine dining settings.
* Excellent communication skills, and a high level of English – both written and spoken; with the confidence to build relationships with the wider hotel team and guests.
* To enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a ‘can do’ attitude & to love the buzz of being busy.
* Experience working within environments associated with Pride of Britain, Relais & Chateaux, or Small Luxury Hotels of the World would be ideal.
