We’re looking for a Project Manager based at our Lomondgate site.
The Project Team covers the UK and Ireland, so there will be a frequent requirement to travel.

What You’ll Do
* Manage Aggreko projects to ensure safe delivery and return within the project budget
* Promote a safety-first culture at all project sites, encouraging reporting of unsafe conditions, SWA, and NCRs
* Review major project inquiries promptly to produce solutions, designs, and supporting documentation for accurate and timely quotes
* Work with the PMO to ensure adherence to PDR processes and procedures for all projects
* Support high conversion rates from quotes to orders by providing technical and application support to the Sector Sales teams for major projects
* Set up and manage the PDR budget and project P&L for projects over £250k, escalating issues as needed
* Achieve target profit margins on major projects
* Provide project management expertise and guidance to site teams, sales, and procurement for major projects
* Ensure delivery of PDR value for customers and Aggreko
* Coordinate with the Fleet Manager to plan equipment availability, including transformers, HV cables, load banks, VLTC units, cooling towers, heat exchangers, and BESS
Skills and Experience
* Project Management qualification with proven experience
* Management experience with knowledge of process improvement tools (e.g., Six Sigma)
* Operational, people, and project management experience, with exposure to continuous improvement techniques
* Competent and experienced manager
* IT and data literacy
