Salary:£13.66ph as a trainee for 3 months (once training completed you will be on Process Leader salary of £32,713.63 per annum)

Job Summary:
We are seeking Line Leaders to join our team on our Noodle Line. The Line Leaders will oversee the production lines, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. This role requires experience in food industry, previous experience of FMCG chilled food environment is essential.
Responsibilities:
1. To ensure the safe and efficient running of a production process and to satisfy the production by maximizing available resources including raw materials, labour, and machinery.
2. Setting high standards in the manufacturing department to be always audit ready.
3. Carry out process checks accurately and on-time, following all company procedures to maintain food safety, product quality and integrity, authenticity and legality.
