Walsall Wood Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated teaching assistant to work with pupils across the primary phase. We would ideally like to appoint an EYFS specialist Teaching Assistant; however, we welcome applications from Teaching Assistants across the primary phase. You will be expected to support learning in class, assist the teacher, and plan and deliver interventions as required. If you are qualified to Degree Level, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and demonstrate good levels of literacy and numeracy, we would like to hear from you. Visits to the school are essential. Observations will take place week beginning 27th April as part of the selection process. All posts are subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure, Barred List Checks, along with other relevant pre-employment checks. Enhanced DBS disclosures will be renewed at least every five years.
