As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that each dish is prepared to the highest standards and served promptly. Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
* Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
* Assist in the organisation of the kitchen and maintain cleanliness throughout the cooking area.
* Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
* Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
* Participate in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes or improvements.
* Maintain equipment and utensils, ensuring they are clean and in good working order.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and culinary skills.
* Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
* A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques or recipes.

Hours are 35 a week. Rotas are flexed to be fair and opportunity for every other weekend off. Pay is based on experience.
