About the Role We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to take ownership of closing new business across mid-market and enterprise accounts. This is a pure individual contributor role—ideal for someone who thrives on consultative sales, long-cycle deals, and building relationships with senior stakeholders. You'll work closely with SDRs, Marketing, and Product to convert qualified leads into high-value customers, using insight-driven discovery and value-led selling to solve real business problems. What you’ll do Own and manage the full sales cycle from qualified discovery call to contract negotiation and close Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate key target accounts Engage with enterprise clients, understanding their internal communication challenges and demonstrating how our intranet solution meets their needs Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to stakeholders at all levels, from IT and HR leaders to C-suite executives Build strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organisations Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure seamless sales execution and customer onboarding Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to position Oak Engage as a thought leader in enterprise intranet solutions Represent Oak Engage at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate new business opportunities Accurately forecast sales performance and meet or exceed revenue targets Ensure you consistently keep pipeline momentum. Requirements What We’re Looking For 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of success Strong ability to manage and close complex deals with long sales cycles Experience selling to senior decision-makers (C-suite, VP level) Excellent negotiation and communication skills Self-starter with a strategic mindset who can thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Benefits Why Join Oak?
