As a junior engineer in the Cloud Operations team, you’ll develop experience in cloud monitoring, automation, environment management, and real-world SaaS operations to support our People First SaaS platform built in Azure and delivered to hundreds of customers.
Responsibilities
* Monitor cloud-hosted environments and respond to real-time alerts
* Carry out operational tasks such as environment builds, tenant DB copies, and feature enablement
* Assist with performance monitoring using Azure Monitor and App Insights
* Contribute to automation scripts and tooling to streamline manual tasks
* Learn from experienced senior engineers and participate in DR simulations and incident reviews
* Support auditing, access control, and other governance activities
* Help improve and document runbooks, processes, and dashboards
Qualifications
* An interest in cloud technologies and platform operations
* Some experience (university, personal projects or first job) in IT, cloud, or scripting
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* A team player who is excited about growing their skills
