What You’ll Do
* Support individuals with personal care, medication, meals and daily activities.
* Provide companionship and emotional support.
* Encourage independence and wellbeing.
* Keep clear records and follow personalised care plans.
About You
* Caring, patient and reliable.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Must hold a full UK driving licence and have your own transport.
* Must be able to work evenings and every other weekend.
* Previous care experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided.
