The Role
Supporting the sales team with a range of administrative tasks, ensuring orders, documentation, and customer communications are managed efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
* Processing customer orders accurately
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
* Supporting the sales team with quotations and documentation
* Updating CRM and internal systems
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
About You
* Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or office administration
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communication skills and good IT knowledge
* Proactive with a positive team attitude
