Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations.
* Lead, train, and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
* Plan and prepare high-quality menus featuring innovative seasonal dishes.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
* Manage stock, monitor budgets, and control costs effectively.
* Support with event catering and bespoke client requirements.
About You
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume environment.
* A passion for food, creativity, and delivering exceptional standards.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Excellent knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations.
* Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining high standards.
