Adecco are currently looking for a PA to work for our client in Nelson, on a temporary on-going basis. Your main responsibility will be to provide direct executive and program coordination support to the Chief Executive and Directors. This role involves working in a high-profile, fast-paced environment. Duties: Provide confidential support to the Chief Executive, including organising meetings and producing documents. Prepare agendas, ensure accurate minutes, and follow up on actions. Coordinate work programs and logistics for meetings and briefings. Manage calls, documents, and messages for the Chief Executive. Handle public inquiries and resolve issues independently. Manage the Chief Executive's schedule and routine meetings. Support the Leader of the Council and portfolio Members. Assist the Director of Place with diaries and work programs. Plan and oversee events with internal and external partners. Provide secretariat services for external boards and groups. Draft replies to correspondence. Conduct research and analysis on key issues. Manage expenditure and bookings for the Chief Executive. Arrange hospitality for visitors and events. Handle travel arrangements for the Chief Executive and team. Process accounts for invoice payments. Keep the Chief Executive and Directors informed of important matters.
