The Opportunity
Key Internal Relationships:
* Head of Partner Finance, Tax Processes & Controls
* Tax & Partner Finance team
* London and regional Business Finance teams
Key External Relationships:
* Lloyds bank
* Barclays bank
Primary Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Partner Finance Manager and assisting with Partner Finance matters and wider Tax & Partner Finance team activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing relevant workings and paperwork for Partner remuneration.
* Assisting with timely and coordinated payments to Rest of World partners, including monthly and quarterly drawings, lock-up incentive scheme results, distributions, and issuing advisory emails.
Supporting reconciliation of Partner Drawings, Current Accounts, allowances, and sundry debtors.
Processing recharges such as CIGNA, life assurance, PHI, and other insurances.
Administering and reconciling partner capital, including maintaining information packs, managing capital calls, and preparing partner payments and statements.
Assisting the TRPC team with tax reserve releases, tax computations, and ad hoc projects.
Key Performance Indicators:
* Proactive team assistance, accurate data maintenance, and clear stakeholder communication.
Qualifications, skills, and experience:
* Initial tax or accounting qualification or current studies (e.g., ATT, AAT, ACCA).
* Understanding of basic accounting and journal entries.
* Intermediate MS Excel skills.
