Job Description
Responsibilities
9. Manage the end-to-end processing of both hourly and salaried payroll cycles, including onboarding, terminations, and contractual updates.
10. Handle one-off and third-party transactions such as bonus payments, deductions, and statutory orders.
11. Support compliance activities across payroll year-end tasks, including submissions, reporting, and distribution of statutory documents.
12. Provide accurate payroll data and insights to internal stakeholders as required.
13. Maintain and configure payroll systems, including setting up pay elements, updating tax schedules, and managing structural or parameter changes
14. Assist in generating analytical and payroll reports, and share KPI dashboards with relevant teams.
15. Ensure monthly payroll reconciliations are completed accurately and communicated to Finance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Specialist should have:
16. Proficiency within multiple payroll platforms
17. Strong knowledge of current UK payroll legislation
18. Exposure to working within a mutli-site environment
19. Experience with 3rd party payments
20. Able to commute to the office - Amersham
