Role Description
The Façade Access Asset Management Account Manager role is focused around Client account management and project development to ensure remarkable customer satisfaction in the delivery of all D2E services.
The primary role of the Façade Access Account Manager is providing Façade Access Asset Management and developing both client and supplier relationships in order to deliver the asset management services provided by D2E to a high standard. The Account Manager will also support the delivery of lift and escalator Asset Management. These services are based around based around compliance, life-cycle management, supplier and equipment performance, and financial auditing.
Responsibilities
Account Management:
· End to end relationship responsibilities for selected accounts appointed to the individual
· The development of client specific performance related framework agreements
· Client and supplier meetings and communication
· Management of Façade Access and Vertical Transportation service providers to the framework
· Maintenance management
· Development of strategic life cycle plans
· Writing of technical reports
Business Development: Development of client and supplier relationships, development of new business opportunities both within and outside D2E’s existing client base.
Financial Management of the nominated Client account, covering generation of revenue, cost management and profitable account growth.
Team Participation: The participation and development of the teams’ skills in order to meet company objectives. This may include mentoring, providing support and development of associates client interfacing skills, resource planning for effective service delivery and generating an environment of innovative thinking.
Service Delivery: Process management and enhancement, including continual improvement of strategies, products, delivery, processes and tools.
Experience & Skills
* Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in the installation, service and upgrading of BMU’s.
* Strong knowledge of a range of façade access solutions and their appropriate applications.
* Relevant academic qualifications (NVQ/HNC/Degree or equivalent).
* Façade Access / BMU product and market knowledge
* Previous client-facing experience desirable.
* Working knowledge of codes, standards, and guidance relating to façade access and suspended access equipment.
* Strong presentation, communication, and report writing skills.
* Broad contractual knowledge.
* Competent IT skills.
