Job Description
Responsible for the strategic alignment, planning, and optimisation of event management services across EMEA. This role drives the evolution from reactive to proactive service delivery, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights and cross‑functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the full event management life‑cycle, including registration, monitoring, and proactive service delivery.
* Collaborate with Enablement, BPM, and Marketing to align tools and platforms with business needs.
* Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and contingency requirements.
* Coach NSO/RSO event leads to optimise local service delivery and supplier performance.
* Use BI and CINC/CPP data to monitor performance and forecast transition rates.
* Drive change management and mindset shifts across the organisation.
* Support Pan‑European compliance and technology adoption.
* Monitor event management budgets and P&L performance.
Qualifications
Personal Specification:
* Experience in service operations or event management.
* Strong coaching and leadership capabilities.
* Knowledge of compliance and ITIL‑based processes.
* Data‑driven and proactive mindset.

Salary up to £59,279 (dependent on experience) plus 10% annual bonus and a great benefits package.
