Overview:
We’re working with a leading property group to recruit a Marketing Executive who’s passionate about B2B marketing and ready to take the next step in their career. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially minded marketer to support and occasionally lead high-impact campaigns that drive asset performance, attract tenants, and build long-term brand value.
In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll be joining an established marketing team, collaborating closely with development, leasing, and external agencies to deliver campaigns that elevate visibility and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery & Asset Marketing
* Execute property marketing initiatives across signage, brochures, digital, and print to support leasing goals.
* Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with wider asset and development strategies.
Campaign Planning & Execution
* Support the rollout of multi-channel B2B campaigns across email, web, social, and events.
* Manage marketing timelines and coordinate internal and external resources to meet delivery goals.
Data-Driven Marketing
* Use tools like Google Analytics and dashboards to monitor campaign performance.
* Produce reports and provide recommendations to optimise marketing activity.
Stakeholder & Agency Collaboration
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business objectives.
* Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and creative partners to ensure timely, high-quality output.
Content Creation & Channel Management
* Develop content for digital and traditional platforms, including email, social media, video, and web.
* Maintain and update digital platforms to reflect consistent brand messaging.
Event Support & Brand Delivery
* Contribute to planning and delivering corporate events and on-site activations.
* Ensure all brand touchpoints meet visual and tone-of-voice guidelines.
System & Process Support
* Organise marketing assets, databases, and documentation for efficient workflow.
* Provide support with CRM and CMS updates when required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Essential Experience & Skills:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a B2B marketing environment.
* Proven track record delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
* Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities.
* Confident using analytics tools to drive decision-making.
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of CRM and CMS tools.
* Meticulous attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
Desirable but Not Essential:
* Exposure to commercial property marketing.
* Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
* Understanding of SEO, paid media, and marketing automation.
* Knowledge of how AI tools can enhance marketing outcomes.
* Event coordination experience.
