Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer
Location: Cardiff (Hybrid working available)

Leading Cardiff firm is looking for a skilled Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive to join their expanding practice. This is a full-time role with flexible remote working options and a strong benefits package.
Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages
* Leasehold and newbuild transactions
* Work closely with a Senior Associate in a small, collaborative team, delivering high-quality service to private clients
Qualifications
* At least 2 years\' PQE running your own caseload of residential property matters
* Strong experience with leasehold, newbuilds, and complex transactions
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, agents, and colleagues
* A proactive, organised approach with a focus on client care
* Familiarity with CQS protocols, Money Laundering Regulations, and regulatory compliance
* Confidence using case management systems
