What’s the Role All
About?
You’ll be supporting
amazing individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and mental
health needs to live independently and enjoy life. Think:
* Trips to the cinema, bowling,
shopping, and fun group activities
* Helping
with everyday tasks like cooking, budgeting, and
medication
* Being a friendly face and a steady
hand when someone needs it most
* Encouraging
confidence, independence, and joy—every single day
What You’ll
Need
* A
full UK Driving Licence (you’ll be driving our company
cars)
* A positive attitude and a genuine
passion for helping others
* Experience in care
is great—but not essential. We’ll train you up!
* This role is open to female applicants only due to the
needs of the people we support (Equality Act 2010, Schedule
9)
Shifts &
Hours

* Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
* 14-hour shifts including weekends and
sleep-ins
* Flexibility is key—but we’ll always
