The Role Our client is seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join their corporate team in Bristol. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with real responsibility. The successful candidate will: Lead and manage corporate and M&A transactions, including share and asset sales, acquisitions, restructures and partnership arrangements Draft and negotiate shareholder, subscription and other commercial agreements Provide clear, commercial advice on complex corporate issues Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver joined-up solutions Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements The ideal candidate will be confident, commercially aware, and capable of building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.
