About the Hospital
Mill Garth Hospital is a 19-bed high dependency recovery and rehabilitation facility for males aged 18 and over with mental health disorders.
Role Responsibilities
* Supervise administrative team members
* Manage HR and finance data securely and accurately
* Prioritize and organize work, handling operational issues flexibly
Knowledge & Skills
* Educated to A level or equivalent; studying for or attained Certificate in Personnel Practice (S/NVQ3)
* Excellent keyboard and numeracy skills
* Proficiency in office applications and payroll systems
Experience
Experience in a human resources department is essential; experience in finance is advantageous.
Work Environment
Office-based setting.
