What’s on Offer
Salary: £39,500–£43,500 (increasing by £1,000 at 6 and 12 months)
Performance bonus: Up to 10%
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9–5 only – no weekends, nights or bank holidays

Conduct structured health and disability assessments via telephone and face-to-face appointments
Review medical evidence and prepare detailed clinical reports for the DWP
Apply your clinical reasoning to assess the impact of health conditions on daily living
Work within a supportive environment that values quality over speed Full Training Provided:
12 weeks of paid, structured training covering DWP guidance, assessment techniques, and professional report writing.
Who We’re Looking For
Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist
Minimum 1 year of post-registration experience in an adult setting
NMC / HCPC registration (or equivalent)
Confident communicator and accurate report writer
IT-literate and comfortable managing your own caseload
