As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Supply Chain Planner / Buyer – Instruments to support our expanding operations. You’ll manage supply and demand across instrument sets, ensuring materials, production planning, and supplier performance meet business needs. What you’ll do: Planning and executing procurement for instruments and orderbook Creating monthly manufacturing plans based on forecast Maintain strong working relationships and communications with the instrument refurbishment team, manufacturing, and key suppliers to confirm production/shipping schedules Monitor open purchase orders for all orders to ensure on-time deliveries. Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment of raw materials and components in conjunction with our program management teams Supporting cost saving initiatives and supplier evaluations Delivering supply chain improvement projects What you’ll bring Desirable CIPS qualified or working towards Experience in a buyer/planner role Sage experience (desirable) Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Analytical, organised, and confident working independently Comfortable in a fast growing, changing environment Project management experience beneficial What's in it for you: A competitive salary and a discretionary annual bonus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Excellent pension – starts at 6%, going up to 9.7% after 18 months.
