Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will support the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that every dish meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency. Key Responsibilities

Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations.

Supervise and guide the brigade during service, ensuring smooth workflow and quality output.
*
Assist with menu execution, recipe adherence, and seasonal dish development.
*
Maintain mise en place, organisation, and cleanliness within the kitchen.
*
Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen meet presentation, taste, and portion standards.
*
Help train, mentor, and support junior kitchen staff to uphold the restaurant’s high standards.
*
Monitor stock levels, rotation, and assist with ordering and inventory as required.

Uphold health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, or Senior Chef in a premium, high-volume restaurant.

Strong technical skills, culinary knowledge, and attention to detail.

Ability to lead, motivate, and support kitchen staff effectively.
