About the Role:
As an SSP (Continuous Improvement) Specialist, you will lead process analysis and drive continuous advancements in plant operations. Your role involves developing and implementing the Plant Master Plan, optimizing workflows, and maximizing output through system enhancements. If you excel in problem-solving and data-driven decision-making, this role offers a chance to make a significant impact.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Champion the Ferrero Operational eXcellence (FOX) program, ensuring its integration across the plant.
2. Lead training sessions on continuous improvement techniques and promote a culture of excellence.
3. Track, verify, and sustain improvement initiatives, embedding continuous improvement practices.
4. Analyze data to identify development opportunities and drive adoption of best practices.
5. Collaborate on workflow, technology, and equipment improvements.
6. Collect and analyze new ideas from plant resources, promoting and implementing innovations.
7. Support root cause analysis and implement effective solutions using specific tools and techniques.
8. Monitor ongoing projects, identify challenges, and develop recovery plans.
9. Manage local continuous improvement processes (MiCo), including idea analysis and cost-benefit evaluations.
10. Coordinate cross-functional projects, lead change management, and implement improvement ideas beyond CI programs.
11. Assist the SSP Manager in process analysis and initiative follow-up.
Who We Are Looking For:
You should have expertise in Continuous Improvement and Lean tools, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in Project Management or PMO, along with a Lean Six Sigma qualification, is desirable. Knowledge of data analysis will support your ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
