Role: Wet Multi-Traders
Contract: Temp to Perm
Rate : GBP20 GBP22 per hour
Location: South London
Working Hours per Week: 42.5 hours
Start Date: ASAP
My client is currently looking for Wet Multi-Traders to work in social housing properties. We are looking to recruit a number of Wet Multi', on their behalf to interview and start immediately.
Day to day work will consist of going into occupied social housing properties and will be general wet multi-trade reactive maintenance and repairs being sent by a PDA. Being able to work alone or as a part of a team is essential as well. You will be supplied with a company van to get to and from properties as well as a fuel card.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
* Full UK Driver s License
* Social Housing Experience
* NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating or Plastering
