Overview
We are looking to appoint a Corporate Projects and Sustainability Manager to lead our approach to the climate agenda in Blackpool.

Responsibilities
* Develop and operate internal systems to maximise the organisation’s focus on sustainability.
* Develop and manage projects to decrease the Council’s carbon footprint and readiness for climate change.
* Liaise with internal services and external providers to ensure reliable facilities contributing to a fair transition to a low carbon transport system.
* Initially manage a small team including a Corporate Projects and Sustainability Officer, Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Delivery Project Manager, and a Graduate Climate Action Officer, with potential for further growth dependent on successful funding bids developed with the Strategy, Data and Corporate Development team.
