OdjoAI makes managing small businesses easy. From finding new customers to handling phone calls and managing existing clients, OdjoAI consolidates lead generation, CRM, and inbound enquiry management into one powerful solution.

We're a fast-moving team of three founders with backgrounds at Meta, medicine, and top business schools, building OdjoAI as we prepare for our next stage of growth and fundraising.

Role Description

We're looking for 2 ambitious
Business Development Interns
to join us. This role is commission-based, with interns earning 100% of the revenue they generate. Our subscription prices start at £29/month, and our demo-to-close rate is over 80%.

You'll be provided with weekly lead lists, context, and training - but success depends entirely on your ability to
pick up the phone, build rapport, and book demos
. If you're hungry, confident, and driven, this is a chance to sharpen your skills in one of the most valuable areas in business: sales.

What You'll Do

* Conduct market research and identify new leads.
* Cold call prospects, introduce OdjoAI, and book demos.
* Communicate with potential customers and provide excellent service.
* Learn to manage a sales pipeline effectively from identification to conversion.

What You'll Gain

Requirements

* English (fluent or native).
* Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
* Ambitious student, fresh graduate, or on a gap year—someone eager to learn, make money, and stand out.
* Track record of excellent grades and an eagerness to get involved in startups.
* Resilient, confident, and motivated by results.
