We are looking for a Nurse to join the team at Maes-y-dderwen, Tredegar. Our team is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of those we care for, delivering high standards of care using the latest technology, and focusing on person-centered approaches.
About The Service

As a Nurse Your Key Duties Include
* Ensure high standards of care, assessing needs and developing services to improve quality of life
* Promote independence and personal choice; develop and review care plans
* Manage medicines in accordance with policies and legislation
* Liaise professionally with visitors and stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines; proactively manage risks
* Support and mentor colleagues following the NMC Code
