Role Description
Drummond Miller is seeking a Solicitor to join our expanding Private Client team in our Bearsden office where the focus will be wills and POAs.

Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload and advising clients on a wide range of private client issues such as Wills, Powers of Attorney, Tax Planning, Executries, Trusts and Guardianship
* Meeting with clients on a daily basis – face to face and via telephone
* Drafting legal documents
* Keeping regular contact with clients by telephone, email and general correspondence
* Management of own case load; Proactively progressing transactions and obtaining information from external parties to ensure efficiency and excellent service delivery.
* Assisting other members of the team, working collaboratively to promote the environment of trust and support.
About You
* Qualified and Experienced Private Client Solicitor
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise
* Ability to use own initiative and seek guidance from supervisors when appropriate
* Excellent client care skills and ability to manage client expectations
* Strong research and analytical skills
* Good IT skills, including use of excel
* Strong and adaptable team player
