Length of employment: 6 Months Job Summary: Be at the heart of decision-making that protects energy consumers across Great Britain. Ofgem is looking for a Senior Business Support & Co-ordination Manager to join our Enforcement Policy and Prevention Team and help shape the smooth operation of one of our most critical governance functions. Ofgem is Great Britain's independent energy regulator. This is a unique opportunity to work at the interface of strategy, governance and enforcement, providing business-critical leadership and co-ordination at a pivotal time for the sector. You'll be empowered to take ownership, shape improvements, and contribute directly to protecting consumers. You'll play a key role at the centre of our Enforcement Policy and Prevention team, where strategic thinking meets operational delivery. Working closely with senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and external panel members, you'll ensure the Enforcement Decision Panel functions efficiently, and champion smarter working across the portfolio. Essential Criteria Professional experience in an operational delivery / business support role, with proven prioritisation and organisation ability. (Lead) Significant experience and a track record of delivery, through partnership/collaborative working, at pace. (Lead) Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver complex messages to a variety of audiences in an engagement manner, including Executives/Boards. Experience of engaging with and influencing senior stakeholders. Demonstrable experience in driving positive culture change, enhancements to organisational capability and improvements to employee engagement. Desirable Criteria Experience of having worked within a compliance or enforcement setting 1.
