About the Role This role offers the chance to collaborate closely with high-profile dealers and internal stakeholders, driving commercial success and strengthening the dealer network.
Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with dealers and internal teams. Support the execution of strategic initiatives to grow retail operations. Analyse commercial data and create actionable insights to support decision-making. Contribute to negotiations and collaborative problem-solving with stakeholders. Travel within the UK and across Europe (approx. 25%) to meet with dealers and partners.
Essential Skills and Experience Degree-qualified professional. 2–3 years' experience in a commercial or industrial setting. Strong negotiation and collaboration skills. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (including pivot tables) and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications. Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to think creatively and drive results. Preferred Experience Background in the off-highway industry or a dealer distribution model. Experience within industrial or commercial sectors, with transferable skills.
