Specific Hours: 38 hours per week
Salary: Unqualified: Base salary of £27,866.34, earning up to £33,447.67 with sleep-in shifts.
Qualified: Base salary of £29,181.57, earning up to £34,762.90 with sleep-in shifts.

We are excited to invite passionate individuals to join our residential homes as Residential Childcare Workers!
Your Role
In this rewarding position, you will work directly with young people facing challenging behaviors. We’re looking for someone who is flexible, resilient, and organized, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality childcare. Your efforts will help these young individuals achieve their best possible outcomes.
This permanent role offers excellent career prospects and a comprehensive training program within our expanding company. You will work an average of 38 hours per week, following a 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern, including 2 sleep-ins. Plus, enjoy generous allowances for bank holidays, overtime, and a performance-related bonus scheme!
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills:
* Full manual driving license
* Ability to work independently with high accuracy and maintain clear records
* Strong interpersonal skills and a positive team player attitude
* Capability to complete daily records in line with statutory and policy requirements
* Empathetic nature
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to engage, motivate, and encourage young people
Desirable Skills:
* Previous experience working with young people
* Willingness to work towards a fully funded qualification in Level 3 Children and Young People (or already qualified)
