Revive Education are recruiting for an Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly, supportive team in a small, well-established nursery setting. This role is flexible for candidates who can cover either nursery opening or closing times.
About the Setting
The nursery cares for approximately 58 children across two rooms: the Raindrops Room for ages 0–2.5 years and the Sunbeams Room for ages 2.5–4 years. The team consists of around 20 staff, supported by two managers, and occasionally agency staff. With a home-from-home culture, the nursery encourages staff to be authentically themselves and work collaboratively to deliver high-quality care.
Training and CPD are an important part of the nursery’s ethos. Staff benefit from online training, first aid courses, monthly in-house sessions, and two annual training days featuring external speakers and specialist sessions, such as Makaton from the NHS community speech and language team and “In the Moment Planning” by Anna Ephgrave.
Plentiful on-site parking and good bus links make commuting straightforward.
