Our client has a strong foothold across a range of sectors including healthcare, residential, mixed use, commercial and sports and leisure sectors. About the Role
You will enjoy a collaborative working environment within a Pre-construction team of 8. In a nutshell, you will manage the design and folders, issuing information to consultants and specialists and getting approval back and logged. You will be office based in Hitchin, working across 3-4 schemes simultaneously.
Responsibilities
* Controlling company and project documentation
* Following and improving document control procedures
* Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
* Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals
* Producing document progress reports for senior managers
* Conducting regular reviews
Working hours 9.00am – 5.30pm, 1 hour for lunch.
Required Skills
The right person will have experience working as a Document Controller with a main contractor in the construction industry.
Pay range and compensation package
* £28-38,000 D.O.E
* 24 days holiday plus bank holidays
