12-Month Fixed Term Contract
Hybrid – Gloucestershire (3 days office / 2 days remote)
Looking for your next move in FMCG supply chain planning? We’re partnering with a dynamic business within the consumer goods sector to find a skilled Supply Planner to join their Commercial Operations team on a 12-month contract.
Why this role?
This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of the Supply Planning process within a fast-paced, agile environment. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Logistics, and Brand Partners, while playing a central role in ensuring stock availability and resolving supply constraints.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading the Supply Review Meeting as part of the IBP cycle
* Managing stock flow across multiple channels and warehouse locations
* Collaborating with Demand Planners and Commercial Managers to optimise KPIs
* Monitoring supply risk and proactively solving constraints
* Liaising with external brand owners on inbound service, PO tracking, and pricing queries
* Ensuring master data accuracy in company systems
* Reporting on key KPIs including slow-moving stock, inbound service levels, and stock values
What you’ll bring:
* Proven experience in Supply Planning or Demand Planning (FMCG preferred)
* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
* SAP experience strongly preferred
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
* A proactive mindset and the ability to juggle competing priorities
