Key duties of a Sales Manager will include the following:
* Oversee the management of the branch
* Oversee the day-to-day branch operations
* Maximise income, profit, and revenue growth
* Develop long-standing relationships with clients
* Manage employee performance through reviews, meetings, and regular 121s
* Successfully list a targeted number of properties
